We have listened to our patient feedback and we are committed to improving the care and service we provide to our patients. This is why we are excited to share that from Tuesday 30th September our practice staff will be answering the telephone calls from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Our 3rd party contract has ceased.
This means reduced waiting times on the phone, a call back function; instead of waiting on hold, you’ll be able to request a call back while keeping your place in the queue.
You will still be able to contact us in the same way and we are confident that this change will make your experience of contacting us smoother, quicker and more convenient.
