Members of the Norfolk Family Hub Team will be in the Practice on Tuesday 12/11/2024 between 08.30 – 12.00. Please pop into the practice to speak to the team.
The Practice is also collecting food on Tuesday to support this service. We will accept donations of tinned items, sealed packets, or boxes of in date food, (for example: pasta / rice / cereals). Please donate to support this service.
