Travel
Registered patients will need to complete an online travel risk assessment form at least 12 weeks prior to travel.
Completed pre-travel questionniares will be sent to the practice nurse and we will contact you to arrange an appointment or for further advice.
We offer NHS travel vaccinations which are:
- Diphtheris / Tetanus / Polio
- Typhoid
- Hepatitis A
- MMR
There may be other vaccinations recommended which would necessitate a visit to a recognised travel clinic.

Non-NHS services
Our practice also provides services which are non NHS and are paid for by the patient. These services include:

- Prescription for taking medication abroad
- Private sick notes
- Taxi and HGV medicals
